Pull-IT Double Knee Flexion
*To perform Double Leg Knee Flexion testing requires upgrade to a package containing two Pull-IT devices
Position: Position your client in a tall-kneeling position
Cues: "Perform 3 repetitions falling forward as slow as you can"
Procedure:
Step 1 - Position client in tall-kneeling position
Step 1a - Attach leg straps to Pull-IT anchored at floor height. SBN recommends the use of IsoRack for this test
Step 1b Attach leg straps to both legs
Step 2 - Place a protecting pad under both knees
Step 3 - Push the START button
Step 4 - Ask client to fall forward as slow as they can
Step 5 - Rest for 3-5 seconds, repeat step 4 two more times
Step 6 - Push STOP
