Integrating Cliniko with AxIT Connect will allow you to add your clients to AxIT from within Cliniko for testing.
How it works
Once the integration is set up, client details can be pushed to AxIT from Cliniko using an "Open in Connect" feature. This means you can get to assessing your clients much more quickly without having to enter the client details into the AxIT App.
Set up a Cliniko Integration
Step 1 - In Cliniko - Obtain API Key
- Log in to your Cliniko account.
- Click My info on the bottom of the left-hand menu (under your profile name).
- Scroll down and click Manage API keys.
- Click Add an API key.
- Input the name for the API key (e.g. AxIT Connect).
- Click Create API Key.
- Copy the API key.
Step 2 - In AxIT Connect - Set up integration
- Log into AxIT Connect (note you must have Owner or Admin permissions to set up
Integrations) - Click the settings cog in the top right next to profile name
- Click Integrations in left sidebar
- In the Cliniko section, paste the API key and click Save Configuration and the integration is set to Enable.
Note: You must have Owner or Admin permissions to access the integrations set up pagein AxIT Connect
Step 3 - In Cliniko - Set up AxIT as a connected app
- Open your Cliniko account.
- Click Settings on the left-hand menu.
- In Our Clinic click Integrations
- Scroll down to Connected patient apps section.
- Click Add another App
- Input AxIT Connect into App name field.
- Copy and paste the below into the App URL field:
https://server.connect.strengthbynumbers.com/integrations/cliniko - Click Save connected patient apps.
To use the integration
When in a patient profile in Cliniko, click the Open In -> AxIT Connect in the top right menu. This will push the client details to AxIT Connect and open a new tab where you can access the clients sessions, or update details (eg. Email Address, Weight & Height).
