This article explains how data syncing works for the AxIT app. This is relevant for app versions 4.2+
Data will now seamlessly sync in both directions between the AxIT App and AxIT Connect.
- Each time you launch the app, it will automatically check for any new or updated clients on AxIT Connect and download their details for you. Additionally, any clients that you have created in the AxIT App but have not yet uploaded will also sync during this process.
- When you view a client in the app, AxIT Connect will download new sessions associated with that client. Sessions will be automatically uploaded to AxIT Connect as soon as they are completed.
- You can now sync historical sessions conducted prior to the release of AxIT Connect through the "Data" tab in the settings page. This includes any new sessions that may not have been uploaded for various reasons, such as being performed while offline. We highly recommend running this sync to ensure that a complete backup of your data is stored on AxIT Connect and to facilitate historical data tracking from before the introduction of AxIT Connect.
