Stomp-IT Landing Double Leg

Position: Position your patient standing on top of a plyometric box or step .

Cues: "Perform 3 repetitions stepping off and landing on both legs as you would normally."

Procedure:

Step 1 - Ask client to stand on top of a platform.

Step 2 - Push the START button.

Step 3 - Ask client to step off the platform and land on both legs with the cue: "Perform 3 repetitions of landing on both legs as you would normally"

Step 4 - Perform 3 repetitions in total making sure the client finishes standing off the Stomp-IT.

Step 5 - Push STOP.

Main Muscles: Soleus, Gastrocs, Quadriceps.
