ROM Neck Lateral Flexion

Position: Position your client seated upright on a chair or plinth, feet flat on the floor, back supported if needed. The head starts in a neutral position looking straight ahead.
The inclinometer tablet should be aligned vertically on the back of the neck with the proximal end at C7 spinous process and the distal end at the midline of the head (approximately top center of the head)

Cues: Slowly tilt your head to the side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder without turning or rotating your head. Hold when you reach your maximum.
