Using the IsoBase
The IsoBase is an optional base AxIT accessory designed to facilitate portable isometric strength testing with AxIT Stomp-IT force plates.
To use the IsoBase simply.
- Unfold the IsoBase base platform placing it on the floor with hinges facing upward.
- Slide the adjustable strap into position. This may be in the central guiding slots for a centre anchored test such as mid thigh pull or around the centre and outer guiding slots for a single sided test such as seated calf raise.
- Adjust strap to the desired length. Note the number indicating the length used.
- Connect the handle is needed for a mid thigh pull test.
- Click the AxIT Stomp-IT plates in place using the guiding pins on the IsoBase.
- Set up to perform the desired test.
