Using the IsoBase

The IsoBase is an optional AxIT accessory designed to facilitate portable isometric strength testing with AxIT Stomp-IT force plates.

To use the IsoBase simply.

  1. Unfold the IsoBase platform placing it on the floor with hinges facing upward.
  2. Slide the adjustable strap into position. This may be in the central guiding slots for a centre anchored test such as mid thigh pull or around the centre and outer guiding slots for a single sided test such as seated calf raise.
  3. Adjust strap to the desired length. Note the number indicating the length used. 
  4. Connect the handle is needed for a mid thigh pull test.
  5. Click the AxIT Stomp-IT plates in place using the guiding pins on the IsoBase.
  6. Set up to perform the desired test.
