How To Reset User Password

If you have forgotten or need to change your user password for AxIT device software or AxIT Connect this can be done simply in one of two ways. 

In a web browser:

1. In your web browser (Google Chrome, Safari etc) simply go to the URL: https://connect.strengthbynumbers.com/#/reset
2. Enter in the login email into the Email field.
3. Click "Send Recovery Info"
4. This will send a recovery email to the email address to create a new password.

In AxIT App:

1. In the AxIT App click the "Forgot Pasword?" text under the Login button.
2. Enter in the login email into the Email field.
3. Click "Send Reset Email"
4. This will send a recovery email to the email address to create a new password.
