10/5 Repeat Jump

The 10/5 repeat jump is primarily used to measure the Reactive Strength Index or RSI of an athletic individual to assess their ability to rapidly change from eccentric to concentric motions and plyometric performance.

This test has also been shown to be useful in the assessment of neuromuscular fatigue characterized by a reduction in an individuals force output.
