Stomp-IT Athletic Shoulder Test at 180
Position: Position the client in prone in a "I" position with the shoulder positioned in 180° abduction, the forearm in pronation, elbow extended and the heel of the hand acted as the main contact point with the Stomp-IT.
Cues: "Push as fast and as hard as you can for 3 seconds"
Procedure:
Step 1 - Position client in a prone position with shoulder abducted at 180° with the palm of the hand on top of Stomp It.
Step 2 - Push the START button.
Step 3 - Ask client to push as fast and as hard as they can and hold for until you say stop.
Step 4 - Rest for 3-5 seconds, repeat step 3 two more times.
Step 5 - Push STOP.
Step 6 - Repeat steps 1-5 on the other side.
