AxIT App Auto-backup not working

"I have automated backups set up, but I still get regular notifications that I haven’t backed up for a while, why?"

There may be several reasons that your automated backups are failing. To make sure your automated backups are successful and your data is safe please ensure that:

1. Your tablet is turned on at the scheduled backup time. The scheduled backup time can be changed on the Settings -> Data tab.

2. The AxIT app is running at the scheduled backup time. The backup will still function if the app is minimized, but not if the app is closed.

3. Your tablet has access to a reliable internet connection at the scheduled backup time.
