Stomp-IT CMH (3 reps)
Position: Position your client in standing on the Stomp-IT in a single leg stance.
Cues: "Perform 3 repetitions of vertical hops on one leg as you would normally with your hands on your hips. Between each repetition please pause for 3-5 seconds and stand up straight. Stay on the Stomp-IT until a say the test is over."
Procedure:
Step 1 - Ask client to start on the Stomp-IT in a standing position on one leg with their hands on their hips.
Step 2 - Push the START button
Step 3 - Ask client to perform vertical hops with the cue above.
Step 4 - Perform 3 repetitions in total with 3-5 seconds in-between each repetition.
Step 5 - Push STOP
Main Muscles: Soleus, Gastrocs, Quadriceps.
