Stomp-IT CMH Pro (1 rep)

The CMH Pro (1 rep) is a more specific hop test protocol designed to measure advanced hop performance metrics such as Jump Velocity and Braking and Propulsion Impulse. It can also be a more streamlined testing option as it requires a single repetition only.

Position: Position your client in single leg standing on the Stomp-IT with their hands on their hips.

Cues: "Stand still on the Stomp-IT for 3 seconds. Perform 1 vertical hop as you would normally with your hands on your hips. Stay on the Stomp-IT until a say the test is over."

Procedure:

Step 1 - Ask client to start on the Stomp-IT in a single leg standing position with their hands on their hips.

Step 2 - Push the START button and ask the client to remain still for 3 seconds.

Step 3 - Ask client to perform a vertical hop with the cue above.

Step 4 - Ask the client to stand still and pause for 3 seconds. Push STOP.
