Troubleshooting charging problems with your devices

To charge your device, plug in a compatible charging cord and look for the red LED light next to the charging plug. If the red LED light does not turn on, follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Step 1: Check the charging cord.
  •  Try using a different charging cord. If this solves the problem, then the original charging cord is considered faulty.
  • If you are using a magnetic charging plug, remove it and try using a standard charging cord.
Step 2: Check the power source.
  • Try plugging the charging cord into a different power source such as a USB wall plug or a computer. 

Step 3: Check the charging port.

  • Make sure the charging cord is plugged in securely to the device and the power source.
  • If the charging port on the device is loose or moving, contact customer support for assistance.
