Stomp-IT Double Leg Squat Isometric

Position: Position your client in a shallow squat position with knees and hips flexed at approximately 30° in IsoRack or equivalent.

Cues: "Push as fast and as hard as you can and hold for 3 seconds"

Procedure:

Step 1 - Ask client to start on the Stomp-IT in a shallow squat position inside the Isorack or equivalent taking up the slack in the bar which is pressed up against a surface that cannot move.

Step 2 - Push the START button

Step 3 - Ask client to perform squats with the cue: "Push as fast and as hard as you can and hold for 3 seconds"

Step 4 - Perform 3 repetitions in total with 3-5 seconds in-between each repetition

Step 5 - Push STOP

Main Muscles: Gluteals, Quadriceps.
