Stomp-IT Fast Squat
PositionPosition your patient in a standing position on Stomp-IT
Cues:"Perform 3 repetitions of squats as fast as you can squatting down to 90° of knee flexion. Make sure you pause in-between each repetition. Pause after you have completed 3 repetitions"
Procedure:
Step 1 - Ask client to start on the Stomp-IT in a standing position.
Step 2 - Push the START button.
Step 3 - Ask client to perform squats with the cue above.
Step 4 - Perform 3 repetitions in total with 3-5 seconds in-between each repetition making sure the client pauses at the end.
Step 5 - Push STOP
Main Muscles: Gluteals, Quadriceps.
