Stomp-IT Hop Horizontal

Position Position your patient in a standing position off the Stomp-IT to begin the test.

Cues: "Stand on to the Stomp-IT gently with one leg and perform a horizontal hop as far as you can before stepping back onto the Stomp-IT gently and repeating a total of 3 times"

Procedure:

Step 1 - Ask client to start off the Stomp-IT in a standing position.

Step 2 - Push the START button and ask client to move onto the Stomp-IT gently.

Step 3 - Ask client to perform horizontal hop with the cue above.

Step 4 - Perform 3 repetitions in total

Step 5 - Push STOP
