      How do I join the AxIT App Beta program?

      Instructions for joining the AxIT App Beta program to gain early access to new features

      For most new features in the AxIT App, we deploy and early release Beta version. You can now sign up for this to gain early access to new and exciting features.

      Please be aware that, despite thorough testing prior to release, Beta versions may sometimes exhibit instability or unexpected behavior due to the ongoing development of features.

      1. Open the Play Store
        Launch the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
      2. Search for “AxIT"
        Use the search bar at the top to search for “AxIT”.
      3. Open the App Page
        Tap on the AxIT app in the search results to open its Play Store page.
      4. Scroll to Find the Beta Section
        Scroll down until you see the “Join the beta” section.
      5. Tap “Join”
        Tap the “Join” button in the beta section.
      6. Confirm and Read the Warning
        A confirmation dialog will pop up, asking you to verify your decision to join the program. Simply tap “Join” once more to proceed.

      7. Wait and Refresh

        You’ll see a message saying “Joining beta…” — this may take a few minutes.

        • You may need to close and reopen the Play Store for the beta update to appear.

        • If the beta version still doesn’t show, try clearing the Play Store cache in your device settings (Settings → Apps → Google Play Store → Storage → Clear Cache).

      8. Update the App

        After enrolling in the Beta program, check back on the AxIT app page. If a Beta version is available, simply tap the “Update” button to download and install the latest features.
