How to Update Your Payment Details (AxIT via Stripe)
If you need to change or update your payment method (credit card, bank card etc.) for your AxIT subscription or billing, follow the steps below using our secure Stripe portal.

Click the update link below:

Enter email on the Stripe login page.

Check your inbox — Stripe sends you a unique, secure login link.

The link is active for 30 minutes.

Click the login link in your email. This takes you straight into the Stripe billing portal.

From there you can go to Payment Methods → update or add a new card → save your changes.
Things to Know

The portal is secure (hosted by Stripe), so your payment information is protected.

If your previous payment method failed or expired, updating before the next billing date avoids interruptions.

Any invoices issued after the new payment method is saved will use the updated details.

If you run into issues (like login problems, card decline, or portal not working), contact AxIT support with your name and subscription details.
