Pull-IT Knee Flexion

Position: Position your client seated with knees and hips at approx 90°. Ideally, the opposite foot should be in toe touch.
Cues: Pull as fast and as hard as you can and hold until I say stop - 3 to 5 seconds
Procedure:

Step 1 - Position client in a seated position with knee and hip at approx 90°

Step 1a - Attach leg strap to Pull-IT

Step 1b  Attach leg strap to client's leg

Step 2 - Position the client in a seated position at 90° degrees of knee flexion

Step 3 - Push the START button on the side of the body that you are testing

Step 4 - Ask client to pull as fast and as hard as you can and hold for until I say stop.

Step 5 - Rest for 3-5 seconds, repeat step 4 two more times

Step 6 - Push STOP

Step 8 - Repeat steps 2-6 on the other side
