Stomp-IT Landing Single Leg
PositionPosition your patient standing on top of a plyometric box or step.
Cues: "Perform 3 repetitions stepping off and landing on a single leg as you would normally."
Procedure:
Step 1 - Ask client to stand on top of a box or step.
Step 2 - Push the START button and ask client to slowly step out and land on Stomp-IT
Step 3 - Ask client to land on a single leg with the cue above.
Step 4 - Perform 3 repetitions in total
Step 5 - Push STOP
