Stomp-IT Lifting With Pause
Position: Position your client in crouched position on the Stomp-IT holding the weight you wish them to lift.
Cues: "Perform 3 repetitions of lifts holding the weight in a paused position just above the ground. When I say "Go" lift up as hard and as fast as you can. Once finished pause until I say stop"
Procedure:
Step 1 - Ask client to start on the Stomp-IT prepared to perform the lift holding the weight just above the ground.
Step 2 - Push the START button.
Step 3 - Ask client to perform lifts with the cue above.
Step 4 - Perform 3 repetitions in total with 3-5 seconds in-between each repetition.
Step 5 - Push STOP
