Stomp-IT Lunge Fast

PositionPosition your patient in a standing position in front of the AxIT Stomp-IT. Performing practice repetitions before testing may help find the correct distance away from the AxIT Stomp-IT.

Cues:"Perform 3 repetitions of lunges as fast as you can getting to 90° of knee flexion".

Procedure:

Step 1 - Ask client to start in front of the Stomp-IT in a standing position.

Step 2 - Push the START button.

Step 3 - Ask client to perform fast lunges with the cue above.

Step 4 - Perform 3 repetitions in total pausing for 3 seconds in between each repetition.

Step 5 - Push STOP.

Main Muscles: Gluteals, Quadriceps.
