My AxIT Device Is Not Charging

To charge your device simply plug in an appropriate charging cord and you should see the Red LED illuminate next to the charging plug. If this doesn't occur please go through the following troubleshooting guide to help diagnose the issue.

  • Has the device run completely flat? In which case the device may need to be left on charge for at least 1 minute before the Red LED will illuminate.

  • Have you tried connecting another charging cord to the device. This may require the removal of any magnetic charging plug if you are using these to charge the AxIT. If this solves the issue the problem is likely to do with the charging cord.

  • If attempting to charge the device with multiple charging cords does not solve the problem then the device may of suffered damage somehow. Is the connection port loose or moving? If so please contact support@strengthbynumbers.com for further assistance.
