My Testing Report Is Not Generating
If you find a testing report is failing to load or generate when pressing the PDF icon in the top right corner of the session screen please check.

All the testing metrics have calculated and that none have failed. If there is a testing metric that has failed to load it is possible that the test has not been performed with the correct protocol.

Check that the name for the client profile does not contain any unusual characters or numerals.
