My Testing Report Is Not Generating

If you find a testing report is failing to load or generate when pressing the PDF icon in the top right corner of the session screen please check.

• All the testing metrics have calculated and that none have failed. If there is a testing metric that has failed to load it is possible that the test has not been performed with the correct protocol.

• Check that the name for the client profile does not contain any unusual characters or numerals.
