Stomp-IT Push Up Normal
Position: Position your patient in a push up position with hands on the Stomp-IT.
Cues: "Perform 3 repetitions of push ups as you would normally. Pause after you have completed 3 repetitions"
Procedure:
Step 1 - Ask client to start on the Stomp-IT in a push up position.
Step 2 - Push the START button.
Step 3 - Ask client to perform push ups with the cue above
Step 4 - Perform 3 repetitions in total with 3-5 seconds in-between each repetition making sure the client pauses at the end.
Step 5 - Push STOP
