The following contains step-by-step instructions for restoring your AxIT app as a fresh install. This may be required to restore AxIT to a fully working condition. BACKUP YOUR DATABASE
Step 1: On the Settings page, data tab, ensure you have selected a backup gmail account. Once this is done, press BACKUP and wait for the backup to complete. Double-check that the Last Backup is the current time and date.
Note this may take some minutes for a large dataset or if with slow internet speed.
REMOVE ALL APP DATA and UNINSTALL
Step 2: Close the app. Find the AxIT in the app list and press and hold the icon to reveal the popup menu. Select ‘App Info.’
Step 3: Tap ‘Storage’, then ‘Clear Data’.
Step 4: Press back ( < ) then Uninstall.
REINSTALL AXIT and RESTORE YOUR DATA FROM THE BACKUP
Step 5: Open the Google Playstore and search for AxIT. Install the AxIT app and open. Log-in using your AxIT username and password. Go to the settings page to restore your Backup.
Note you will be required to setup your Business Information, as this is not backed up in the database.
