Stomp-IT Squat Jump (SJ)

Position: Position your client in standing on the Stomp-IT hands on hips.

Cues: "Squat down as you would normally with your hands on your hips and hold for 3 seconds. Jump up only pushing through your legs when I say "GO". Make sure that you don't move down further before jumping up. Between each repetition please pause for 3-5 seconds and stand up straight. Stay on the Stomp-IT until a say the test is over."

Procedure:

Step 1 - Ask client to start on the Stomp-IT in a standing position with their hands on their hips.

Step 2 - Push the START button

Step 3 - Ask client to perform Squat Jumps jumps with the cue above.

Step 4 - Perform 3 repetitions in total with 3-5 seconds in-between each repetition.

Step 5 - Push STOP
