The AxIT Device Has No Power (the LED lights aren’t blinking)

Does your device have no power?

Try these steps below to resolve your problem:

  1. The battery may be flat. Plug in the USB charger and check if the red LED lights up. If so, wait for the device to charge. Once charged, the green LED should flash once every few seconds.

  2. Plug in a USB charging cable. Unplug the cable and wait a few seconds. This will reset the device.

  3. Close the AxIT app & reopen to reset the app.

  4. Restart the tablet and try again.

  5. If the green light on the device still does not blink please contact the support team
